Oral Cancer Screenings
Your hygienist and dentist at AZ Dental Lounge will thoroughly examine your lips and mouth to look for abnormalities. We also use a small camera to inspect your mouth and look for abnormalities. We monitor and evaluate these digital images at to look for any changes at each dental visit. Often times, your dentist is the first to recognize a pathological mouth lesion.

Signs and symptoms of oral cancer may include:
- A sore that doesn’t heal
A sore that bleeds
A growth, lump or thickening of the skin or lining of your mouth
Sore throat
Tongue pain
Difficult or painful swallowing
